We process your data to provide and improve our services, manage your subscription, communicate important updates, and ensure platform security.

5. Legal Basis (Art. 6 GDPR)

Data processing is based on: contract fulfillment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) where applicable.

6. Data Sharing

We use the following sub-processors: Supabase (database and authentication, EU region), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (transactional email). All processors are GDPR-compliant with appropriate data processing agreements.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your contract plus legally required retention periods (typically 10 years for financial data under German commercial law). Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.

8. Your Rights

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies are used. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the service to function.

10. Third-Party Services

Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy. Supabase: Database and authentication with data stored in EU region.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before changes take effect.
